1. Printing Service Initiative
• Designed and implemented a fully automated 24×7 printing kiosk using Raspberry Pi with complete backend integration.
• Managed procurement, installation, and configuration of hardware including printers and digital payment systems.
• Optimized payment workflows and resolved operational challenges to ensure seamless and reliable usage.
2. Infrastructure & Campus Development Initiatives
• Proposed an institute-wide cycle auction system to improve accessibility and resource utilization.
• Identified waterlogging-prone areas and suggested practical mitigation strategies.
• Worked on parking optimization near academic blocks to reduce congestion.
• Proposed and successfully got approval for a new Juice Shop near the Amul area in the SAC Senate.
3. Placement Project, Career Support Initiatives and Link Startup
• As a Nucleolus Member, incorporated PhD students into the placement effort biannually via OCS.

4. Healthcare, Mental Health & Student Welfare Initiatives
• Contributed to hospital digitalization efforts improving efficiency and accessibility.
• Proposed improvements including healthier food options near hospital premises.
• Identified the issue of student-to-counsellor ratios and worked toward resolution.
• Worked to remove stigma around mental health and promote accessible support systems.

5. Food Outlet Improvement Project

1. Accessibility & Inclusion Initiatives
• Evaluate campus facilities to improve accessibility for differently abled students (Student Affairs Office, Naivedyam, LHC, Seminar Hall, tutorial rooms, Jia Sarai, Katwaria Sarai gates).
• Implement structural improvements: improved lift accessibility, better entry/exit systems, air purifiers in all common areas (LHC, Academic area, library, Labs).
• Ensure accessible washrooms and ramps in all hostels and Academic Area.
• Introduce designated emergency rooms in hostels and institute for hostelers and day scholars.
• Conduct ODI training for all PG and PhD students holding PoR.
• Introduce SwD representatives for day scholars and improve inclusion in campus activities.
2. Student Portal & Digital Transformation
• Develop a comprehensive Student Portal including:
o Events calendar
o Lost & Found system
o Reselling marketplace
o Scholarship database
o Food outlet review system
o Centralized complaints portal with auto-routing to PoR holders
o Centralized booking system for all institute facilities
• Expand the portal into a freelancing and opportunity platform.
3. Healthcare & Medical Infrastructure
• Extend Apollo services to 24×7 availability or establish PM Jan Aushadhi Kendra for affordable medicines.
• Implement complete hospital digitalization: online appointments, token system, medical history records.
• Increase specialist consultation availability.

• Ensure first-aid kit availability across hostels, Labs, LHC, Library, and common areas with awareness programs.
